The RoleAs a Mobilisation and Transition Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be responsible for the strategy and management of all activities relating to the transition of an MOD contract to Babcock delivery.

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for producing and managing the contract mobilisation and transition plan, including the technical offering and organisational structure.

Manage the mobilisation and transition process whilst collaborating with all key stakeholders Work with SMEs to define functional mobilisation plans Support tender writing and advise on project plans Highlight risk asscociated with mobilisation and transition to the leadership team Cascade agreed mobilisation and transition information to the authority and affected staff

This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and us offered on a 52-week Fixed Term Contract basis. The role requires regular travel across a range of internal and customer sites on a weekly / monthly basis alongside home working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Mobilisation and Transition Lead

Previous experience of designing and executing a mobilisation and transition plan Previous experience working with MOD and/or Civil Service Advanced change and project management skills Experience of using project management tools

Qualifications for the Mobilisation and Transition Lead

Degree level qualified preferred
