Job Description: Job Title: Model Risk Framework Lead, within Model Risk Governance & Control team Location London Corporate Title Vice President The Chief Risk Office function has Group-wide responsibility for the management and control of all credit, market, model, operational, enterprise and liquidity risks and has the responsibility of continual development of methods for risk measurement, frameworks and creating a bank wide strong risk culture. Within Model Risk Management, the Governance and Control team is responsible for group level framework design, portfolio model risk assessment and secretariat of model risk governance forums and processes. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both within the function and with external areas including Model Developers and Model Users to incorporate feedback into the Framework design and ensure practical decision making. Represent the department across different Bank initiatives including Bank wide Governance Fora Work with stakeholders and IT to ensure processes are efficiently aligned and controls clearly articulated and tracked. Ad-hoc projects, supporting model risk initiatives such as controls optimization or stakeholder training and representing Model Risk in stakeholder or regulatory initiatives.
