As a Proposition Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative healthcare offerings across Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Dental, Cashplan, Well+, and other subscription services. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch propositions that are differentiated, competitive, and compelling. What You’ll Do Develop new product concepts using customer, competitor, and market insights. Support proposition development, pricing and financial modelling in partnership with Product, Pricing, and Finance teams. Test assumptions and run experiments to validate new ideas. Assist in building business cases and high-level impact assessments. Ensure smooth transition into delivery, supporting pilots and scaling. Monitor early-life performance and contribute to post-implementation reviews to capture learnings. What We’re Looking For Degree-level education or equivalent experience. Proven experience in proposition development within health insurance or related sectors (general insurance, financial services, healthcare, utilities). Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into actionable concepts. Experience in designing products and services. Strategic and commercial thinking with a track record of delivering results. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with project and programme management frameworks.
