What We're Looking For in a Candidate:
- A qualification such as an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is highly desirable, demonstrating a foundational understanding of the sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills, IT literacy, and a proven ability to effectively allocate and delegate tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising a team, with the confidence to guide and mentor others.
