What We're Looking For in a Candidate:

• A qualification such as an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is highly desirable, demonstrating a foundational understanding of the sector.
• Exceptional organisational skills, IT literacy, and a proven ability to effectively allocate and delegate tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising a team, with the confidence to guide and mentor others.
• A solid understanding of care planning processes and the ability to contribute to the creation and refinement of individualised care.
• Experience in medication administration, or a willingness to undertake comprehensive training in this critical area.
