In this role you will: Define the resilience Operating Model and enterprise-wide guidance, and drive coordination between key role holders supporting the Operational Resilience lifecycle Work with Senior Leaders and Stakeholders to foster a Resilience culture, defining and advancing the Group Resilience capabilities Lead the design, management, and execution of the Group Operational Resilience education and awareness strategy, to enable a resilient first culture across LBG, in addition to supporting meet PRA and FCA regulatory expectations Work with customers and stakeholders to ensure the Operating Model aligns to the Group's organisational shifts. Stay informed on current and emerging Operational Resilience regulation. Lead colleagues and create a high-performing team, enabling them and the Group to have more of our best days, every day. What you’ll need Experience in developing and implementing resilience strategies and Operating Models across a large financial services organisation. Strong understanding of UK Operational Resilience regulation and business continuity best practices. Experience in designing and delivering effective and engaging education and awareness agendas. Experience in applying the latest thinking to new business problems or creative solutions to traditional issues. Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills at all levels.
