Its having the people skills to engage with and manage the people you look after.As a Night Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, where residents are treated with dignity and respect. As a Night OSO you will be working alone on a Residential Houseblock with responsibility for the residents on the Houseblock during your shift. You will create, maintain, and promote an environment which demonstrates an adherence to safety and security. You will be responsible for a roll call and ensuring emergency buzzers are answered quickly and respectfully.
