About the role
Working closely with our academics, administrative teams and Education and Student Experience (ESE) colleagues both within the School and across the Faculty of Social Sciences, your role will be to support various activities during the academic year ranging from student recruitment and induction, through timetabling and assessments to graduation.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will need first-rate organisational and administrative skills, experience of managing your own workload and day to day priorities, plus excellent interpersonal and customer service skills which will enable you to interact effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Proven IT skills (experience with MS Office) and excellent attention to detail are also essential, as is experience of working supportively as part of a team in a fast-paced and varied environment.

Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week).
The University of Nottingham supports hybrid working with arrangements agreed locally. In practice this means the team balances the working week with some time spent on campus and some time spent working from home to support flexibility, recognising that individuals and teams can be effective given the choice of environment.
