An outstanding internal opportunity has arisen to join our Learning and Development Team as an Operations Training Manager, playing a key role in the design and delivery of professional training programs.
The Operations Training Manager will:
• Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring that training meets our operational standards
• Utilise knowledge of training styles and techniques to develop a range of training suitable for all learning styles to maximise learning capacity
• Maintain course admin such as training records and assessments. Then monitoring training results through feedback and audits.
• Ensure great customer experience is encouraged and embedded within training
• Assist with Learning and Development Projects in order to support business change and growth plans
• Maintain competence as appropriate to role
