We are looking for a talented Personal Assistant to take on a challenging and rewarding role supporting the SVP of Corporate Development.

Accountabilities

As the successful role holder, you will take ownership of:

Extensive diary management

Coordinating internal and external meetings, which can include members of the Senior Executive Team

Conference planning for a schedule of complex meetings

Offsite planning

You will also be responsible for processing expenses

Vendor management

Arranging virtual meetings, global conference calls/videoconferences

Managing travel including visa arrangements

Project management for a new database

Being a confident individual, you will enjoy working with stakeholders across all levels of our organisation, across different time zones and with people from many cultures, building networks and supporting colleagues. The complex diary arrangements will require you to have strong influencing skills with the ability to engage with the relevant people in developing solutions; your patience and flexibility will be advantageous in securing this challenging but interesting role. Often working independently, you must be able to respond to changes in customer and stakeholder demands with the flexibility to adapt to changing situations. You will enjoy developing your skills and coaching others to increase capabilities within the team.

Additionally, a sense for high level of quality is essential, attention to detail and diligence in all aspects of the work. Furthermore, a successful candidate will also possess an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines while still being able to keep cool and carry on. This is more than just a ‘PA role and would suit an individual looking for an opportunity to express and develop their unique interests and motivations.

Essential Skills/Experience

• PA experience within a complex global organisation supporting at VP Level

• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively

• Ability to follow & create processes

• Ability to handle sensitive information in a highly confidential manner

• Able to challenge the status quo, act proactively, think beyond the role and drive continuous improvement

• Flexible, adaptable and highly collaborative

• Excellent planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Can create and maintain systems for efficiency for both self and others

• General knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures

• Strong knowledge and user skills of MS office, Outlook, Calendar
