The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Search campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals. We’re hiring a Paid Search Manager as part of our team based from our Edinburgh office. Purpose of the Role The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid search campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Develops account strategy in partnership with client and PPC Director and is accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget Owns and manages the client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Directors Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams Key Skills Minimum 3 years of experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment, Specifically within B2B Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 and international search engines a bonus. Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics. What we offer This is a permanent role.
