Permanent, Full time Monday- Friday, 0700 – 1530 hours – 37.5 hours. Possibly weekend work 1 in 8 weeks.

Salary – up to £32,000.00 depending on experience plus Serco benefits.

To provide safe and efficient maintenance of the Building Fabric and equipment within the hospital as directed by Estates Supervisors and Management

Main Accountabilities:

Working within a team or independently when required Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary To work in accordance with all relevant Serco Policies and Procedures, Workplace Regulations and Best Practice Guidelines Take a proactive approach with all assigned tasks Painting & Decorating Making good Tiling Hanging / Fixing items to walls Plaster boarding Skimming

What you’ll need to do the role:

Level 2/3 NVQ Completion of a recognized appropriate Apprenticeship or other relevant structured Training Program. Level 2/3 National/Diploma Certificate Proven experience of working in a similar environment Good communication and customer service skills Health & Safety Awareness and Safe Working
