As part of a small, close-knit team of receptionists, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the University, helping them navigate our campuses and services.
Our team has a shared purpose to provide an outstanding customer experience with a passion to support our community. We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive team member who is driven by a desire to support our customers.
You will have:
Outstanding customer service skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst delivering outstanding customer serviceExperience responding quickly to situations and taking ownership to identify and resolve issues.Excellent verbal and written communications skillsA comprehensive understanding of cloud-based software including Teams or equivalentWorking at the University of Southampton gives you access to a wide range of benefits including generous leave allowance including University closure days and bank holidays, access to on-site sports and childcare facilities and excellent family leave policies.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm at Visitor Reception on our Highfield campus.
