Responsibilities: Maximises call potential and outcomes using a number of sources to gain information on customers. Work with internal business units to identify market leading deals. Offers recommendations to enhance the value proposition by collecting information from the customer to understand the business requirements. Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets for the aligned customer/ segment. Builds excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement, including face to face visits. Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.). Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions. Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition. Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities. Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers. Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers. Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting. Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts. Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information. Knowledge Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Excellent sales skills and a proven track record. Numerate with good attention to detail. Excellent telephone manner. Priority management and planning skills. Strive to achieve set targets. Understands sales process. Effective communication skills. Very good relationship building. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
