Delivering the P&C administration activities in your store demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all Colleagues.A generalist administrative role covering all area of P&C including - recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.Supporting the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store.Reporting on your activities and keeping our KPIs on track.What youll bringHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: Ideally some previous experience working Administrator.
