This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with a blend of home working and collaborating in our offices 3 days per week at Eagle Court, just 10 minutes’ drive from Birmingham Airport.

About the Role:

As an HR Project Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering HR programmes and change initiatives across the HR function. You’ll bring professional project management expertise to the table, ensuring the successful delivery of HR initiatives that drive efficiency, improve processes, and align with our business objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our People Leadership Team, Centres of Expertise (COEs), and key stakeholders to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the delivery of diverse HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Building and managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and ensuring commitments are met. Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Designing and maintaining project dashboards to report on progress and benefits to stakeholders. Providing governance for HR projects, including maintaining reporting standards and presenting updates to the People Leadership Team. Developing selection criteria to prioritise projects receiving PMO support from the central team.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a dynamic individual with proven track record in delivering continuous improvement projects, ideally within a Shared Service Centre environment.

A Strong knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.

Extensive experience with HR processes, transactions, and metrics, with a focus on driving efficiency and improvement.

A natural Data-Driven Approach, well-versed in KPIs, data analysis, and reporting.

Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with diverse teams, including COEs, enabling functions (IT, Legal, Finance), and technical specialists.
