This role is critical in ensuring our Soft FM services operate efficiently, remain fully compliant, and deliver outstanding quality.For this position we require flexibility and the ability to travel between Colchester Hospital, Ipswich Hospital, and various community sites. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.Main ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:Manage internal compliance processes across Soft FM, ensuring contractual and legal adherence.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.Oversee the production of key reports, including monthly performance, KPI, and board reports.Lead the validation process with the Trusts Contract Performance Manager to ensure service compliance and avoid penalties.Conduct compliance audits, safety walks, and maintain accurate performance tracking systems.Work with operational teams to maintain contract compliance and identify opportunities for service improvement.Assist with corporate training initiatives and system integration to enhance workforce capability.Ensure accurate system data management and optimise the use of technology for automation and process improvement.Act as part of the Senior Management Team, providing leadership in escalations, business continuity planning (BCP), and policy development.Support the management team in maintaining the quality management system and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and accreditations (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).Assist in adhering to Trust and Sodexo policies and procedures.Manage the complaints process and performance reporting.Collect and compile data for KPI reporting.Deliver the audit programme and work closely with the central data and insights team.Develop custom dashboards in Power BI to provide valuable service data insights to the Trust.For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job descriptionThe Ideal CandidateWhat you bringExperience of compliance processes and documentationProficient IT user, data analysist and report writerConfident and adept communicator with the ability to challenge and operate effectively at all levelsUnderstanding of Quality Management SystemsAbility to identify and implement opportunities to improve performance or reduce costsCustomer service focussedWhat we offer£50,000pa + excellent bonus and benefitsWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
