Planning Officer (Development Management)

Your Responsibilities:

Manage and Implement: Oversee the S106/CIL payment and monitoring system.Provide Expert Guidance: Act as the Council's S106/CIL expert.Ensure Financial Accuracy: Maintain meticulous financial records.Direct Project Funding: Oversee disbursement of funds to infrastructure projects.Engage Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships.Lead Enforcement Actions: Address non-payment issues.Produce Detailed Reports: Provide insights to senior management.Contribute to Policy: Assist in policy development and review.Mentor Team Members: Support the S106/CIL Officer.
