As a Process Worker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of several processes within our organization.

You will report to the Service Island Supervisor and be located at Springfields Fuel Site. You will be work onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safe working practices are followed and any unsafe behaviours displayed within the team are challenged.

Oversee and work with chemical processes to ensure delivery of key product following required specifications.

Conduct safe operations and monitoring of plant and equipment within a chemical plant environment (Upper Tier COMAH facility).

Complete process logs and daily checks / tasks. Complete training courses provided on time.

Ensure specifications are met to align with customer requirements

Active involvement to improve plant and procedures.

To ensure housekeeping is kept to a high standard within the area.

Comply with all legislative, regulatory and company policy standards and procedures e.g. safety, quality, risk, security etc. applicable to the role, as instructed.

Requirement to wear full PPE, including full-face respiratory protection, SC1 chemical suit.

To work within a dynamic team to foster collaboration and align efforts towards common goals.

Monitor equipment and production processes. Maintain plant and equipment and report problems immediately.

Maintain accurate records of production data and operational activities.

Qualifications:

You will undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check

Experience as a process operator or in a similar role.

Knowledge of machinery operation, process control, and safety protocols.

Additional Preferred Skills:

Forklift truck licence

Chemical Plant Operational Experience
