Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operations of Speciality Powder Mixing, working with the best ingredients on the planet making over 900 flavours. This challenging and rewarding job requires strong problem solving capabilities across a range of production processes.

Basic salary: £25,312.00

Starting salary: £31,640 (including 25% shift premium)

Salary upon completion of first level operator training £34,770 (including 25% shift premium)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Weighing, mixing and packing of ingredients; Powder and Oil blending using semi-automated/automated mixing equipment; Packing of pre-blended powders into bags/boxes/sacks (up to 25kg) as required; Achieve KPIs and personal competencies; Updating and maintaining documentation and records; Work as a team to produce and execute the weekly production plan.
