Key Considerations for Aspiring Candidates:

  • Extensive Leadership and Delivery Experience: A proven track record in industrial environments, guiding large multidisciplinary teams, and delivering major programmes from bid to close-out in regulated sectors is essential.
  • Stakeholder Management Prowess: The ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including engagement with Military and Government officials, is crucial.
  • Technical and Commercial Acumen: Deep knowledge of project controls, risk management, cost management, and supply chain performance is a prerequisite.
  • Educational and Professional Alignment: While a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, a postgraduate qualification and/or APM Chartered (ChPP) status (or willingness to obtain) will be highly advantageous. Relevant professional memberships are also desirable.
  • Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) clearance. Eligibility may be affected by nationality, place of birth, and residency.
