As we push the boundaries of excellence in our single-aisle programs, we’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented Programme Director to join our leadership team. This is more than a role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of aerospace. The Program Director will be instrumental in driving performance within existing contracts, proactively tackling challenges, and positioning GKN to seize new opportunities for growth and success.

How You'll Contribute

Establish and maintain robust and deep relationships with customers to ensure their strategic direction is understood and met and to gain valuable insight to help lead GKN Aerospace activity. Set a vision and strategic direction for the Single Aisle account that encompasses both near-term tactical activity through to future aircraft platform engagement and aligned technology development. Lead the business unit to guarantee alignment with customer requirements and deliverables. Act as a primary interface to customers, ensuring a unified approach and communication. Guide the organization in delivering single aisle programs. Spearhead initiatives that drive business transformation and innovation in our single aisle offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and capabilities with customer needs. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and program development.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within aviation or aerospace, with a track record of success. Sound business acumen, with a customer-centric approach to relationship management. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration. A natural ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex projects with confidence. A strategic mindset, driven by innovation and a passion for transforming business processes.
