Key Responsibilities Programme Delivery: Own the planning and execution of programme workstreams, developing high-level plans and refining them with stakeholders to deliver early business value. Business Case Development: Contribute to or own the creation of business cases to justify project initiation, ensuring all costs are covered and signed off by stakeholders. Strategic Ownership: Ensure the planned business transformation and technology work aligns with functional and technology strategies and roadmaps. Third Party and Vendor Management: Engage and manage vendors and third parties, negotiating clear statements of work and ensuring delivery against plans. Control and Monitor Finances: Accountable for the financial forecast, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure effective delivery within financial tolerance. Programme Reporting and Governance: Establish governance structures, prepare and deliver reports, and ensure consolidated reporting across delivery teams. Continuous Improvement: Embed a culture of continuous improvement, using metrics and retrospectives to drive agility and manage change risks. What Weâre Looking For Experience: Implementing portfolio management processes. Successful delivery of large complex programmes. Vendor management and remediating issues. Delivering in a DevOps environment. Behaviours: Leadership with integrity, tact, and collaboration. Motivation of teams and individuals. Qualifications: 10 years in equivalent programme management/director roles. Significant subject matter experience in transformation, technology, and finance.
