What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading complex infrastructure programmes to meet stringent time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
• Cultivating and managing strong stakeholder relationships across defense operations and delivery teams.
• Establishing robust governance frameworks and ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives.
• Championing continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of programme delivery.
• Overseeing equipment contracts and preparing for seamless contract execution.

Key Considerations for Your Application:

• Educational Foundation: A degree in Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent) is essential.
• Professional Credentials: APM Chartered Project Professional or an equivalent qualification, alongside Practitioner of Managing Successful Programmes and NEC accreditation, are highly valued.
• Experience is Crucial: You'll need extensive experience leading projects and teams within complex, high-hazard, and regulated environments. A strong background in project controls, risk management, and stakeholder engagement is paramount.
• Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance.
