Job Description: Job Title Programme & Change Execution Manager â Onboarding and KYC Controls Location Birmingham Corporate Title Vice President You will join a central program team across Corporate Bank and Investment Bank KYC Operations, overseeing critical transformation initiatives with business, technology, and senior leadership. You will lead delivery of the control portfolio, driving technology and operational improvements through SelfâIdentified Issues and Audit Findings. Stakeholder Management across Divisional Control Offices, KYC Technology, KYC Operations and Front Office teams to agree SIIs and Audit Findings. Define crossâdivisional stakeholders, clarify responsibilities, and drive delivery against strict timelines. Manage senior stakeholder updates across the portfolio and Book of Work. Relationship Management with KYC Technology teams including Platform Leads, System Architects, Product Owners and PMOs. Communicate required technology solutions, surface issues early, and align teams on objectives and dependencies. Ensure project standards are met and accurately reported. Lead planning and scheduling for quarterly technology deliverables with relevant teams. Act as first point of escalation, identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans across the portfolio. Deliver key milestones for ExCo targets and support governance reporting, steering committee updates, senior executive communications, and regulatory engagement. Your skills and experience Experience across Program and Portfolio management. Ability to handle multiple, competing tasks under tight deadlines. Strong communication and Stakeholder management across global teams. End to End Agile experience in large-scale technology delivery in financial institutions preferred.
