POSITION SUMMARY

We are recruiting for a Project & Administration Support to work onsite with our client KraftHeinz. This role is 4 days Office, 1 day WFH. This is an initial 12 months fixed term contract.

Purpose of Role

To support the R&D team in delivery of projects for the Northern Europe Business Unit. To support the NE R&D Manager. To enable the team to deliver projects efficiently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the R&D team in the preparation and execution of Kitchen, Pilot Plant and Factory experiments. Manage and execute the weekly product benchmarking. Organise sample shipments, couriers and orders. To complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the NE R&D Manager. To support Continuous Improvement initiatives. To develop relevant knowledge of Kraft Heinz business processes and products.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning) • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting • Ability to work overtime as necessary
