The Centre for Advanced Diagnostics Development and Application (CADDA) Administrator will work closely with the Academic Directors at Kent, and other staff employed on the CADDA grant at Kent and at the partner institutions of the University of Manchester and UCL, to help ensure timely delivery of CADDA activities and outputs as outlined in the grant proposal. The role holder will play a key role in coordinating correspondence on the award, maintaining documentation, arranging meetings and keeping records, will provide admin support across posts in CADDA and the wider activities of CADDA, the academic Directors and academics involved. The post holder will liaise with the support organisations in the three universities (marketing, communications and finance) to ensure the smooth operation of CADDA.
As a Project Administrator, you can expect to be involved in:
Provide proactive, high quality administrative support to the Principal Investigator and project team to support the successful delivery and smooth running of the project. Act as the first point of contact for enquiries relating to the CADDA Project and responding appropriately. Monitor project finances in liaison with CADDA and the University of Kent’s Research Services and Finance department to support the successful delivery of the project and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and University policy (to include circulating monthly reports, supporting the project team with purchases and procurement tasks, and scheduling payments from project partners).What you will bring to the role:
