Job Description Project Manager Full time Bristol or Derby What you will be doing We’re looking for a Programme Manager to join the Enablers team within Defence Early Lifecycle programmes. The successful candidate will be asked to support across the range of areas we operate in, from Skills and Culture to Supply Chain and Industrialisation. You’ll be accountable for end-to-end delivery and in doing see bring stakeholders both inside Rolls-Royce and potentially outside our business with you on the change journey. Responsibilities You’ll be working with partners to define and deliver capability programmes that make a difference for our people. You will: Develop business cases to secure investment in capability projects or programmes. Utilise programme management principles to establish the appropriate governance and controls to deliver project or programme outcomes. Be accountable for the successful delivery to cost, specification and time for projects or programmes of work. Act as the focal point for all aspects related to your work with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure that delivery of capability is coupled with a clear change management plan to drive user adoption and engagement to maximise business return. Why Rolls-Royce?
