Project Manager – Salary circa £60,000 12 months Fixed-term contract Claims re-engineering launched in early 2022 and is an ambitious transformation programme targeted at closing the gap to market-leading performance. It encompasses change across operations, process, IT, data and analytics, and stretches across all lines of business. We are looking for strong project managers with good knowledge of the fundamentals, but who is adaptable and can go well beyond box ticking and plan management. Someone who has the energy and enthusiasm to work as part of our programme team. Skills and Experience we are looking for: Professional accreditation is desirable (e.g., Prince 2, APM PQ). Ability to build effective relationships across functions, with peers and senior colleagues, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passionate about delivering change and achieving successful outcomes, with strong influencing skills. Works well under pressure, owns challenges and problems, and keeps things simplistic Demonstrates energy and pace, motivating the delivery team and those around them.
