The role In this position you will support Network Development Managers in developing, improving and maintaining Bupa Global network of providers. Youâll help us make health happen by Support research and provide recommendations into the relevant approach for the market: direct contracting, hospital network access, cost management etc Support a portfolio of providers / geographical areas delivering strong network position and cost management through direct contracting or relationships with external partners Represent Healthcare management in cross functional business projects, initiatives and process improvement activity Develop and enable delivery of the internal and external HCM provider management communication strategy and continual knowledge sharing Quarterly travel to Brighton and European travel 2-3 times per year Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in private medical insurance or negotiation Excellent command of English, both written and verbal Strong commercial knowledge of the health insurance industry Good commercial negotiation skills at all levels Ability to deliver projects on time, budget and within agreed quality Proven track record of achieving targets with a consistent high level of quality Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
