Strong listening and influencing skills, able to respect others’ viewpoints and communicate your own clearly and constructively. Ability to create empowered, autonomous and purpose‑driven teams. Collaboration & Coaching Passion for coaching and developing other Product Owners to build a strong product community. Experience working effectively across multi‑disciplinary, distributed teams. Ability to motivate teams, challenge the status quo and apply first‑principles thinking. Customer & Stakeholder Leadership Strong ability to listen, influence and build trust with senior stakeholders and engineering teams. Confidence acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs shape your product direction. As a Product Owner, You’ll Bring Experience In… You should have experience in at least two or more of the following: Delivering Public Cloud products (Google Cloud or Azure). Enhancing Developer Experience (e.g. streamlining onboarding or reducing time-to-productivity). Designing and implementing an internal Product Catalogue for engineering consumption. Understanding cloud security best practice and principles. Communicating effectively with engineering teams and customers. Influencing and collaborating with multiple 3rd‑party vendors and partners.
