Job title: Public Sector Liaison Officer Job Description: What youâll be doing: Examine accounts or claims to ensure that the correct evidence and information is obtained in accordance with the standards required and contract procedures. Investigate, locate and select information required to assure the integrity of claims or data. Assess and make accurate decisions within agreed timescales and in accordance with the contract policies and procedures. Update computer records with information and correspond with customers to obtain the necessary evidence.
