• Ensure Traceability: Leverage the site's traceability systems to support audits and investigations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Perform Critical Testing: Collect and communicate timely results for various samples, including micro, nutritional, swab, and organoleptic tests.
• Facilitate Taste Panels: Accurately prepare and coordinate taste panels, ensuring precise recording and dissemination of results.
• Manage Equipment: Ensure the calibration of measurement equipment according to schedules and procedures.
