Job Description Quality Engineer Full time Barnoldswick (fully site-based role) An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Compressors area as a Quality Engineer in Barnoldswick. You will be part of our diverse and experienced services team within Compressors and working towards weekly KPI-s and company targets. In this role you will implement and deliver the quality activities across the area and you will ensure compliance to Rolls- Royce processes, procedures, and systems. Responsibilities: In this role you will ensure governance of all Quality-related activity for Part 145 and Part 21 offering cross site support, as well as: Being recognised as a point of contact for all Quality issues in the area. Providing coaching and support to all team members when performing Quality actions. Identifying opportunities to improve Quality and implementing plans to deliver that improvement. Coordinating data reporting and sharing best practice across the area. Liaise with all Support functions on behalf of the area for all Quality matters. Why Rolls-Royce?
