Key Responsibilities and Your Contribution:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of quality assurance and improvement. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining crucial operating procedures and instructions, ensuring their integration with associated systems.
  • Establishing and implementing additional control requirements when they diverge from the existing management system.
  • Conducting internal and supplier quality audits, and actively supporting external audit processes.
  • Performing assessments to champion continuous improvement initiatives, which will include coaching and training colleagues.
  • Assisting in the compilation of data to support essential management reviews.
  • Undertaking capability studies on processes, methods, equipment, and measurement systems to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within critical IT support systems, such as SAP.
  • Driving adherence to and understanding of all relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Proven Quality/Manufacturing Engineering Experience: Demonstrable experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering roles.
