About the role

We are recruiting for an An R&D Associate focusing on Aircare Liquid Electrical (LE) devices. The purpose of this role is to support and deliver successful projects from concept creation, technical development to launch. Through developing products for our leading brand Air Wick, you have the platform to become an R&D technical expert.

Your responsibilities
Technical project leading air freshener device projects from proof of principle feasibility to successful launch into market. Collaborating with stakeholders such as Marketing, Supply, Quality, Regulatory and Product Safety and drive to accomplish objectives. Understanding consumer needs and be able to translate them into technical success criteria of a product after getting alignment with relevant stakeholders. Designing and executing test plans to ensure comprehensive product validation in close collaboration with Quality, Regulatory and Product Safety requirements but also manufacturing sites. Working closely with Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered within the agreed timeline and budget. Working with multinational teams to deliver projects globally.

The experience we're looking for
Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills - methodical approach to technical issues and able to present them in a logical, clear and concise manner and recommend feasible solutions. Degree qualified in a relevant scientific discipline (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.etc is desirable Proven record of delivering technical projects in FMCG industries. Experience in developing household electrical appliances is an added advantage but not essentialapability to manage projects, large and small, with diligence and efficiency.
