Safety is a huge priority and I’m involved in planning and ensuring safety actions are being completed. The warehouse is a high-paced environment, and I like that there are always opportunities to take on further projects depending on your area of interest.’ ~ R&D Supply Chain and Logistics Apprentice Education required: Must have/be predicted three A levels at CCC or above or equivalent GCSE Mathematics and English (grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English Duration: 4 years Location: You will rotate between Harlow and Ware sites during this apprenticeship. You must live within a 60-minute commute of the site location on the day you start your apprenticeship as you are expected to be on site daily. What will you do? Learn and apply the best practices in inventory management, demand and supply planning and logistics operational activities Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process from sourcing and procurement, label creation, packaging, distribution and delivery of materials and medicines, including warehousing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and smooth flow of medicines and materials, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements Plan and execute operational activities such as production scheduling, packaging, and labeling Use data for analysis and reporting to support decision making and process optimization Contribute to implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency Participate in projects related to sustainability, cost reduction, and process improvement Expected Start date: September 2026 Application deadline: We recommend you apply as soon as possible.
