For a Readership, we will be looking for a candidate who can demonstrate guidance and mentorship qualities, both in research and more broadly. Candidates invited to interview will be asked to explain how their research plans align with the Aston 2030 Strategy, with reference to challenging injustices and promoting justice in spheres of interest to our engagement with diverse communities from the West Midlands to the rest of the world.
