Recovery Worker

Salary: £23,400 FTE (pro rata to 30 hours per week). Community recovery worker in Mental health to support individuals manage there own physical and mental wellbeing. Support individuals to develop and manage life skills including budgeting, tenancy sustainment and access to public services. You will oversee your own case load of key clients, work with individuals to develop agreed meaningful and achievable person centred plans with positive outcomes. You will liaise with external agency's such as community mental health teams and adult social care building relationships and projecting a positive imagine of the service. This is a lone working position, that requires a driving licence. You would also be required to work towards a level 3 qualification in health and social care.
