Responsibilities ⢠Responsibility for lateral recruitment activity within areas our Support Functions and Global Advisory business â (M&A, Debt Advisory & Restructuring and Equity Advisory) ⢠Point of contact for the end-to-end recruitment process. ⢠Meeting line managers to discuss new vacancies and resourcing strategy. ⢠Actively encouraging the use of direct sourcing. ⢠Assist in writing job specs. ⢠Liaising with the recruitment coordinator to ensure interviews are scheduled. ⢠Drafting contracts of employment. ⢠Guiding and advising stakeholders on offer processes. ⢠Working closely with HRBP and providing a strategic partnership keeping them aware of all recruitment activity and developments. ⢠Managing PSL agency relationships and monitor performance. ⢠Managing reporting including headcount and open vacancies reports. Experience, Skills and Competencies Required ⢠1-3 years of experience recruiting into the Investment Banking and Debt Advisory space either from an agency, RPO or in-house environment, is preferable. ⢠The ability to manage multiple different stakeholders and roles. ⢠Exceptional organisational skills. ⢠Experience of headhunting and utilising recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. ⢠Strong stakeholder management. ⢠Excellent written and spoken communication skills. ⢠Strong MS Office experience including Excel and PowerPoint.
