Sanctuary Care are now looking to appoint a Regional Hospitality Manager to oversee effective provision of hospitality services across all homes in the region, ensuring value for money, resident nutrition and compliance with internal and external standards, compliance and policy.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality hospitality services, standardising delivery across the homes, driving change and business efficiencies, whilst maintaining and adhering to the highest of standards. You will support our portfolio of homes across Cornwall and South West England .

Your additional responsibilities will involve monitoring income and expenditure, conducting quality assurance reviews and managing the performance, development, and training of kitchen and domestic staff.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in providing cost effective hotel and catering services alongside experience of providing staff and cost control management. A full, valid UK driver’s licence is required.
