Job Description: Remote General Practitioner â Out of Hours Sessions Minimum 4 sessions a week (each session is 4 hours long) Permanent / Salaried Competitive Salary + Fantastic Benefits PLEASE NOTE THAT 3 OUT OF THE 4 SESSIONS NEED TO BE ON A WEEKEND, PLUS 1 SESSION ON A MONDAY, TUESDAY OR FRIDAY DURING CORE BUSINESS HOURS. Youâll help us make health happen by: Remote GPs deliver remote primary care consultations to Bupa customers in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, offering services between 06:00am to 22:00 on weekdays, 08:00 â 22:00 on weekends and bank holidays. We also have a network of dedicated Bupa Health Clinics across the UK (which have superb CQC reports), and you will be joining a community of over 200 GP delivering services and treatments to everyone â not just those with health insurance. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Delivering remote GP consultations. Undertaking clinical work in accordance with the standards of good clinical practice. Attending and participating in clinical meetings / training sessions as required. Engaging in incident reporting and investigations. Supporting Remote Team Manager and Remote Lead Physicians in the management of complaints. Participating in an annual clinical review and competency assessments. Working with the Remote Lead Physician on quality improvement activities, including audits. Providing clinical advice and guidance to colleagues, which may include health advisors and administrative staff. What youâll bring: GMC registered with a license to practice and be the GP register.
