Weâre hiring Graduate Trainees to join Reuters Events, a fast-growing conferencing and events business within Reuters. This is a six month fixed-term contract, with multiple spaces available. Please note that we are aiming for two intakes: - One with a Summer (July/August) start date - One with an Autumn (September/October) start date. About the Role As a Graduate Trainee here at Reuters Events, you will: Get involved in researching, producing, marketing and selling our events (youâll have a âseatâ in each role for a period of time, depending on business need). Speak to senior executives on the phone regarding a range of topics including speaking at our events, attending our events, and research feedback or ideas for future events. Gain a solid grounding in hot business issues and help develop marketing campaigns. Some administration and support will be required, working as a team to deliver great products to our range of global customers. About You Youâre a fit for the role of Graduate Trainee if you: Have an interest in how world events can impact different industries. Enjoy communicating with others and are comfortable speaking with both internal and external stakeholders. To clarify, you donât need to have experience in conferences (or events!). We look for people who have done interesting things with their time, who want to grow and develop, rather than those who just have good qualifications.
