Job Description

In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a reward manager to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department on a 12mth fixed term contract starting in July 2025.

Role Overview

The reward team are responsible for managing and analysing reward data, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to our compensation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, effective stakeholder management abilities, and familiarity with various compensation software systems.

This pivotal role will involve:

Conduct detailed data analysis in a reward setting, systematically analysing documents and systems. Manage relationships with various stakeholders, effectively communicating and holding conversations. Utilize compensation software systems such as Oracle, Apply Willis Towers Watson global grading methodology. Handle challenging conversations related to pay reviews and reward analytics.

This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a reward or performance-related role. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint. Understanding or experience in cost and benefit analysis and identifying trends. Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy. Experience reviewing, implementing, and maintaining efficient systems and processes. Excellent attention to detail. Effective planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure. Experience working to tight deadlines.
