Sale & Purchase Broking Summer Internship - London

16 June to 11 July (4 weeks)

Kick-start your career with a summer internship in broking

Based at our incredible London office, you will spend four weeks with our Sale & Purchase shipbroking division, providing a fantastic opportunity to learn about broking, while gaining valuable exposure and insights into this market. With opportunities to learn from the expertise of our world-class teams, and access to Clarksons learning resources, you will gain knowledge and experience to contribute to your professional development, and provide perspective on what is needed to thrive in this dynamic industry.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for candidates interested in a shipbroking career in Sale & Purchase, with the ability to demonstrate:

Other requirements:

strong numerical and presentation skills proficiency in MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) fluency in English 2nd language such as Mandarin, Korean, Arabic or Portuguese (desirable)

Entry criteria

This internship is open to:

early career candidates who are available to complete the entire duration of the 4-week summer internship (16 June to 11 July) candidates who have the right to work in the UK (as we are unable to provide sponsorship)

This internship is a potential pathway to a future career within Clarksons, and so is ideal for candidates who are ready to transition into a full-time role. As such, applications from candidates who are able to embark on a full-time career may receive priority consideration.
