Sales Operations Administrator – Salary circa £25,000 (based on skills, experience, and qualifications) Are you a confident communicator with strong customer service skills who enjoy taking on diverse tasks? We're seeking someone who can handle inquiries, work with various teams, and take initiative in improving processes. If you're eager to learn and make an impact, this job is for you! A bit about the job: This role is based in the Health Quotes, Agency, and Commissions team, with the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of Health Sales Operations. It involves running a variety of queries from internal and external customers, communicating with stakeholders across different business areas, and responding to broker inquiries. The position requires strong customer service skills, ownership of tasks, and the ability to challenge and improve current processes. We deal with demand which could include anything from setting up new agency codes, to sending out a customer quotation. Your role is vital to ensure our customers whether they be individual, or a small company will have a positive experience! Skills and experience we’re looking for: A true passion for doing the right thing for our customers, whether internal or external An agile approach to problem solving in a fast-paced service environment A strong desire to learn all the different systems used within the area would be important Excellent Customer service skills, both verbal and written What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
