Sales Trainee

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Sales Trainee to join our team based in our Addlestone Office in Surrey. The successful candidate ideally will be a graduate looking for their first career move with a multinational company. This is a permanent and full time role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support pipeline management within the sales regions Managing drawing/finishes approval in readiness for handover packs Produce tender packs to support sales area coverage nationally Developing content for customer presentations Basic drawing updates Continuous market analysis, supporting sales strategy Produce BREEAM reports Liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders, developing long term relationships in order to provide a 1st class service to the customer Adhere to internal process' to deliver exacting standards and adhere to customer programme. Convey Schindler commitment to quality both in customer service and products provided. Demonstrate ‘Customer Centric’ behaviours at all time. Liaising with both external and internal customers, placing the customer at the heart of everything you do All employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and Schindler Core Values to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group Safety requirements

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate calibre preferable Customer facing sales experience Professional sales training would be an advantage Lift Fulfilment/Service experience is preferred but not essential Understands and applies commercial and financial principles to improve business performance Strong Communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop long term relationships to support repeat business
