Weâre currently recruiting a Schedules Officer â part of our fantastic Commercial Team, who will be responsible for delivering accurate and efficient duties and rosters for our driving teams. Undertake tasks to produce crew schedules for the operating company that are efficient, legal and comply with local Trade Union agreements. The Schedules Officer will consult with internal stakeholders and work closely with the Lead Network Planner and each depot Operations Manager, to supply accurate duties and rosters using our bespoke scheduling software and help each of our depots meet their efficiency targets. If you are interested in this role, it fair to say we need some specific experience. Youâll either be: an existing Schedules Officer looking for a new challenge or change of scenery or a person new to the industry with strong IT skills, a keen eye for detail and can work to strict deadlines. And you will be able to⦠Deal with depot management and Trade Union representatives over duty and roster issues, and support with scenario testing for depot sites Produce all required documentation for Operations and Engineering teams to be able to deliver our product To produce statistics as required by the leadership team. 2-Way communication with the depot management teams to ensure a smooth introduction of new schedules And that about it!
