The Opportunity
As a Penetration Testing Coordinator, you will serve as a key liaison between our internal technology teams, external third-party penetration testing partners, and various business stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate, plan, and coordinate penetration testing activities. This involves:
- Facilitating Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridging the gap between business needs, technical teams, and security consultants to ensure comprehensive and effective penetration tests.
- Scope Definition: Working closely with BUK Tech teams and Security Consultants to accurately define the scope of penetration tests, ensuring critical systems and vulnerabilities are addressed.
- Testing Coordination: Planning and managing the execution of penetration tests, ensuring the availability of subject matter experts to resolve any technical challenges in real-time.
- Issue Resolution: Actively supporting the timely resolution of issues and delays encountered during testing, minimizing disruption and maximizing effectiveness.
- Documentation and Remediation Tracking: Ensuring thorough test documentation is maintained for audit purposes and diligently tracking the remediation of identified vulnerabilities through to closure.
