In addition for this role, we are looking for someone that can deliver or already meets the following: Be a highly influential manager in a fast-paced expanding business. Have significant and demonstrable experience of security and resilience in the Defence sector especially working with PSyA and NPSA. Have a strong understanding of all aspects of security and particularly an understanding of MoD / Industry security contractual policies, including project management processes (RIBA). Exploit technology and be innovative in approach to support the Division / Group. Have a strong understanding of all aspects of Security operations and resilience including emergency planning and response, business continuity and crisis management. Be capable of rapidly and accurately assessing and articulately presenting and managing security and resilience risks. Vendor management experience with manned guarding companies. Have demonstrable experience of security and resilience operations across the UK, Middle East and Africa. Have high levels of personal resilience, be pragmatic and challenging. Hold an appropriate qualification in Security and/or Resilience. *To work for Rolls-Royce Defence an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place.
