This role involves ensuring the team produces reliable, scalable, and efficient products, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement. In this role you will Manage a team of four engineers, ensuring their professional growth and providing technical guidance and mentorship with a knowledge-sharing culture Collaborate with Product Managers and development teams to design and deliver solutions that support Cloud-Native and DevOps principles Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, reliability, and observability on GCP. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in SRE, GCP, and cloud technologies, and contribute to process and infrastructure enhancements. Provide input into the roadmaps of teams representing upstream dependencies to help improve the overall program of work. Why you?
